Shipping policy

At Unicorn Party Verse, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner.

Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–7 business days before shipping. This production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location: - South Africa: 7–20 business days (may be longer due to customs processing) - International: 7–25 business days depending on destination Please note that these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed. 

For international orders, including deliveries into South Africa, packages may be subject to customs inspections and processing delays. In some cases, customs clearance may significantly delay delivery (in rare instances, up to several weeks or longer). These delays are outside of our control. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print-on-demand partner using various international carriers. The specific courier used may vary depending on destination and product type.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to reflect after dispatch.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events outside our control. If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at unicornpartyverse@gmail.com and we will assist in resolving the issue where possible.

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
