Refund policy

At Unicorn Party Verse, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

To report an issue, please email us at unicornpartyverse@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

- Your order number

- A description of the issue

- Clear photos of the item and packaging

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect size or selection made by the customer

- Sale items or gift cards

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs for EU returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If a refund is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at unicornpartyverse@gmail.com.
